Mummy – My Strength, My Baby’s First Teacher

Image
In every tough phase of my life, she has stood by me. Being a working mother, leaving my baby every morning is the hardest part of my day. But because of her and Papa’s support, they handle everything so beautifully that I can focus on my work and do well professionally too. From the very beginning, she has been my baby’s first teacher. She has nurtured him through sleepless nights, changing his clothes 4 times a day, patiently feeding my stubborn child, and lovingly teaching him phonics, rhymes, days of the week, months, country names, even our PM’s name, vegetables, family names & much more... Whenever I’ve struggled to manage myself or life felt overwhelming, she has always made things easier — sometimes with her physical support, sometimes with her moral strength. Because of her, I never feel alone in my problems. She always believes in me, recognizes my efforts, and takes pride in my rewards and achievements. Her appreciation gives me the courage to do more. She is my constant...

My mother ❤️

Image
My mother is a force of nature - a woman of unwavering strength, unrelenting passion, and unconditional love. She's the sunshine that illuminates my life , my guiding light, and my shelter. With her dynamic spirit , she's been a devoted daughter-in-law ,  supportive & cooperative wife, nurturing mother , and a compassionate grandmother , inspiring me with every step she takes. Her faith in me has been my anchor, empowering me to believe in myself and reach for the stars. I cherish the memories of my mother's remarkable days , where she masterfully juggled myriad roles with effortless grace . With one hand, she tenderly cared for our home and our elderly grandparents, whose strict demeanor belied their loving hearts. With the other, she nurtured her creative passions - bringing colors to life through painting classes, weaving magic into intricate Sindhi and Jari karahi sarees, and transforming bedsheets into vibrant canvases. Witnessing her multitask wit...

Holi Diaries : A Vibrant Tale of Tradition, Food & Love

Image
As someone who's always been fascinated by colors, I have a natural affinity for the vibrant festival of Holi. There's something about the electric atmosphere, the mouth-watering food, and the meticulous preparations that draws me in. For me, Holi is more than just a celebration - it's an experience that evokes a sense of joy and wonder Growing up, I was always excited for Sammat day, especially when it came to savoring the traditional Bihari cuisine . The night before, our home would be filled with the aroma of specially prepared dishes like Curry Badi , Taruwa , Aloo Gobi ki Sabji , and steaming hot rice. The flavors were truly incredible , and it's a memory that I cherish to this day . What I miss the most is watching my mom prepare Bada and Pua on our traditional earthen stove . It instantly transports me back to a bygone era when she would lovingly cook these delicacies with my grandparents on the evening of Sammat. Those memories are truly priceless . The s...

Simran- Unfiltered and Unbiased--New Mom--Life through my eyes

Image
Being a mom is more than just calling my child 'beta' or shielding him from the world. To me, motherhood is about nurturing independence, encouraging curiosity, and unlocking endless possibilities. I want to give my child the freedom to explore, learn, and grow — to embrace experiences that shape his unique strengths and teach him resilience in the face of challenges. My role is not to dictate his journey, but to be a guiding light — understanding, supporting, and empowering him to become the best version of himself. Every step he takes, I'll be there — not to hold him back, but to cheer him on as he finds his own way. Simran Sikha
I still remember the first day at my workplace, lots of worries, low confidence, suffocating, awkward, uncomfortable and blah blah... I had only one thing in my mind, I have to work in the field I had decided and there was no option in DBG instead of PGH which I luckily got here. It was extremely difficult for me to adjust for the first 4 days as I was a fresher and had only theoretical knowledge. I look extroverted but actually  I am  introvert. I don't find it so easy to talk to new people. But because I am determined to fulfill my self-realization need, (as many things depend on my self-realization need). So every day after returning from here I used to think, it was the last day here, but still the next day I used to wake up early in the morning and prepare my mind to go there and work. It's been 2 months now and I'm working here with more confidence than I was before. One major factor that helped me adjust and come out with hesitation is the manners I never forget when...

Make your children not only smart but also a good human being

Dear parents, Keep updating your children to help them to live freely in this dynamic world but also teach them to spend time with their grand parents, as now a days they’re knowing that family means father, mother & siblings only. Don’t give this kind of education because  one day your grand children also won’t be going to recognised you. Not only this, parents should expose them to meet & greet their relatives, friends & neighbours that help them to know the meaning & values of relationships & society . Help them to reach their potentials, so that they become strong from inside as children don’t get chances to know more about their potentials because parents offer them needless facilities that hinders their development.  Make them patience full as now a days parents are over caring that they can’t let let their children to overcome their small small problems, doing this they’re just weakening their strengths. In the process of making them sma...

We have lots of reasons to be happy as well as sad in our life. These continue till we are alive. Once we go out from the world, both will vanish. The only thing we do is we actually worry about what we don’t have & what we have we don’t  care.
