My mother ❤️



My mother is a force of nature - a woman of unwavering strength, unrelenting passion, and unconditional love. She's the sunshine that illuminates my life, my guiding light, and my shelter. With her dynamic spirit, she's been a devoted daughter-in-law,  supportive & cooperative wife, nurturing mother, and a compassionate grandmother, inspiring me with every step she takes. Her faith in me has been my anchor, empowering me to believe in myself and reach for the stars.


I cherish the memories of my mother's remarkable days, where she masterfully juggled myriad roles with effortless grace. With one hand, she tenderly cared for our home and our elderly grandparents, whose strict demeanor belied their loving hearts. With the other, she nurtured her creative passions - bringing colors to life through painting classes, weaving magic into intricate Sindhi and Jari karahi sarees, and transforming bedsheets into vibrant canvases. Witnessing her multitask with such poise and finesse has been a constant source of inspiration, leaving me awestruck and rejuvenated.

I marvel at my mother's selfless devotion to my child, showering them with the same love and care she would her own. It's astounding to see her effortlessly juggle childcare with unwavering enthusiasm, even at 50. Her passions remain unbridled - crafting papads, pickling with precision, and cooking festive delicacies with the same zeal as when she was younger. Her zest for life and dedication to our family's traditions inspire me every day.

With her generous heart & quick wit, she has a way of captivating everyone around her. She's a sought-after presence in our family and community events, bringing people together with her joyful spirit. Unfazed by financial disparities, she treats everyone with the same love, respect, and enthusiasm, making her a beloved figure in my life.

Her love & support are my anchors in life. Whenever I falter or feel lost, she reminds me of my strengths and encourages me to tap into my hidden potential. Her belief in me has given me the confidence to overcome obstacles and has filled me with a sense of pride and purpose. I am deeply grateful for her presence in my life, and I strive to make her proud every day.

As someone who's always been fascinated by colors, I have a natural affinity for the vibrant festival of Holi. There's something about the electric atmosphere, the mouth-watering food, and the meticulous preparations that draws me in. In every tough phase of my life, she has stood by me. Being a working mother, leaving my baby every morning is the hardest part of my day. But because of her and Papa’s support, they handle everything so beautifully that I can focus on my work and do well professionally too. From the very beginning, she has been my baby’s first teacher. She has nurtured him through sleepless nights, changing his clothes 4 times a day, patiently feeding my stubborn child, and lovingly teaching him phonics, rhymes, days of the week, months, country names, even our PM’s name, vegetables, family names & much more...
